I have uploaded some pictures and a video of the previous shows at the Tuba-In party and Casa do Baile, both here in Belo Horizonte. Tuba-In party was a killer, as usual, and I think you all can see that from the pictures! The one at the Casa do Baile was kinda different from the regular Retrigger. The place is an old ballroom, designed by the famous architect Oscar Niemeyer (the same who designed Brasilia) in the 50s and now it’s an art gallery and cultural center. I played in the small acoustic shell in the gardens by a pond and the people were all sit down in plastic chairs in the other side of the place. It was certainly a very cool night in a beautiful building, but a bit awkward sometimes.

Eu subi um video e algumas fotos dos últimos shows na festa Tuba-In e na Casa do baile, os dois aqui em BH. A Tuba-In foi foda como sempre e acho que vai dar pra perceber pelas fotos! O show na Casa do Baile foi um pouco diferente do que eu faço normalmente. A antiga Casa do Baile da Pampulha foi projetada por Oscar Niemeyer nos anos 50, junto com todo complexo da Pampulha e hoje abriga uma pequena galeria de arte e centro cultural. Eu toquei numa pequena concha acústica nos jardins, desenhados por Burle Marx, as margens de um laguinho. O público ficava do outro lado do laguinho, sentados em cadeiras de plástico, sem muito movimento aparente. Foi certamente uma noite muito legal, num belíssimo local, mas um pouco constregedor em alguns momentos.
